Peter’s interests lie in a wide range of genres, from contemporary and historical fiction to science fiction and fantasy (epic or grounded) with rich world-building. His clients include Soman Chainani (author of the New York Times bestselling The School for Good and Evil series), Melanie Conklin (Counting Thyme: Putnam/Penguin), and Will Walton (Anything Could Happen: Scholastic). What’s the big draw for agent Knapp? “More than anything,” he says, “I look to fall in love with characters, and once I do I’m glad to be along for their journey.”
