NOTES
1) Your registration fee also includes:
- Course manuals (a treasure trove of articles about craft, submissions, formatting, and marketing; plus a local travel guide)
- Peer anthologies (for master class prep, and to get acquainted)
- Free use of the conference business center (printer, copier, internet)
- Inclusion in our pre-workshop annotated Writers Roster
- All meals except Saturday dinner (“Writer’s Night Out”)
2) CRITIQUES
PCCWW Perks: Our faculty will review not only your opening chapter(s), but also a
later passage that you may wish to explore—beyond the traditional “Submit only chapters one through three.” In a 15-page manuscript submission, this later passage comprises the final three to five pages (referenced in your synopsis). Faculty will also critique the overall structure of your synopsis.
3) DISCOUNTS
Up to three discounts per enrollee. To ensure credit for your deposit or discount, contact us to request a short form before mailing your payment.
- Early Bird registration, postmarked through May 20: Subtract $30. For more information, see our timeline.
- First-in-Line: Mail a non-refundable $30 deposit postmarked no later than April 20 (with or without completed application). When your balance is due, subtract $40—a $10 bonus! You may combine this with any other discount(s), even that of Early Bird.
First-in-Line guarantees you a place in one of our enrollment groups. Group 2 enrollees: First-in-Line gives you priority consideration for Spot Critiques and your choice of faculty for written critiques.
- Students (teens through college): Subtract $30 from Group 4 registration fee.
- (PATS) Parents and Teens registering together: Subtract $30 from parent fee. May combine with $30 Student Discount.
- Work Study: Limited scholarships for web-savvy writers, and/or students.
Whether you become an Auditor (Active Observer) or publicly-critiqued Master Class writer, our seminar will offer you a hands-on, insider’s look at the editorial and publishing worlds—and tools to boost your craft.
